She nodded. The man surely took his words seriously, even if it held no more importance than a cat licking its paw casually.
"The young fella," Corbin said. To the frame. "The one who wouldn't sit down."

"He stood in that doorway across the street the Friday before last, from ten in the morning till half past twelve." He nodded once toward the window. "I don't sell glass to the laundromat. I've got a window all the same."
